This Privacy Policy explains how Chhetri Vision handles information when you use Learn Kanji: JLPT N5–N1.

Chhetri Vision (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Learn Kanji: JLPT N5–N1 as a Kanji learning application.
The app helps users study JLPT Kanji, view readings and meanings, track learning progress, save favorites and notes, create custom Kanji lists, play learning games, take quizzes, and access related learning content.

2. Information You Provide
The app does not currently require registration, login, or creation of an online user account.
We do not ask you to provide your name, address, telephone number, payment information, or account password to use the main learning features.
You may voluntarily provide information when contacting us by email. Information included in a support request may include your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or other information you choose to send.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The app stores certain learning information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences remain available between sessions.

Learning progress, favorites, notes, custom lists, game history, preferences, and cached content generally remain on your device until you remove them, clear the application data, or uninstall the app.
Server and security logs
Operational server logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations. We aim to remove or anonymize ordinary operational logs within 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably required for security, an active investigation, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Support communications
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
Google and other service providers retain information according to their own privacy policies and retention practices.

The app does not currently create an online user account, so there is no account record to delete.
Most personal learning information is stored locally and can be removed by deleting it inside the app, clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the app.
